Spottswoode Recipes
In celebration of our 40th vintage we asked chef Gary Podesto to create recipes to pair with Spottswoode wines. Gary is a cook at Chez Panisse Restaurant and the Chief Culinary Collaborator for the Climate Farm School. He brings his ethos of using fresh and local ingredients to create dishes that work beautifully with our wines. Cheers to creating new memories when gathering around the table with family and friends to enjoy good food and wine!
