Spottswoode Recipes

The release of our 40th Spottswoode Estate Cabernet is an auspicious occasion to celebrate with a meal of fine food and wine among friends and family. Chef Gary Podesto has created recipes to pair beautifully with our Spottswoode wines. Gary is a cook at Chez Panisse Restaurant and the Chief Culinary Collaborator for the Climate Farm School – and a favorite of ours at the winery. We hope you enjoy!
