The FORK2FILM Festival is an annual celebration of the finest culinary, wine, and agriculture films from around the world. Presented by the Cameo Cinema, the FORK2FILM Festival brings audiences, filmmakers, chefs, winemakers, and special guests together to experience the power of community, connection, and the culinary arts. Over the course of 4 days, attendees will enjoy 14 epicurean film screenings, food and wine experiences, filmmaker Q&As, and more.

Welcome aboard S.S. Decanted: Yachty by Nature—a high-seas–inspired vintner tasting reception and auction where indulgence meets impact. Chaired by Chuck and Vanessa Ames, this signature afternoon returns in a beautiful new location, bringing together an extraordinary lineup of world-class vintners and all of Houston’s Michelin-starred chefs.

Set sail on a night of exceptional wines, elevated bites, and effortless luxury, all underscored by the smooth sounds of Yacht Rock and classic Hip Hop. Sip your way through an expertly curated tasting reception presented by Lexus, then take your seat for a high-energy live auction—paddle up for a cause that fuels the heart of the food and beverage community, benefiting Southern Smoke Foundation.

Appellation St. Helena | bASH 2026

bASH 2026 is a Napa Valley wine and food pairing competition at CIA Greystone featuring 20+ Appellation St. Helena wineries.

Held in the historic barrel room at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, bASH is one of the most anticipated things to do in Napa Valley for wine lovers and food enthusiasts. This immersive St. Helena wine tasting event features wines from 20+ Appellation St. Helena wineries, each paired with a savory bite prepared by CIA “Rising Star” culinary students.

Guests are invited to be part of the experience. Taste wine and food pairings at individual stations, sip and savor at your own pace, and use provided tokens to vote for your favorite pairings. Awards will be presented to the top three student teams and the People’s Choice Best Pairing, chosen by attendees.
